I will be writing on my substack about pursuing goals from a healthy perspective of self care and awareness… while being a parent and feeling like you’re not achieving as much as you want to be.
I think in the end goals like “today I will be better at x than I was yesterday” over the long term, will have the best internal results.

I haven't read that book but I have heard of that phenomena and I find it quite interesting.
I'm currently reading "The Art Of Building A Growth Mindset" By Thinknetic and I find it very useful and practical for these things.
