Yes! Staying neutral! I felt so much more content and less anxious when I was meditating and eating healthier. I’ve unfortunately fallen deeply out of those preserving habits due to the face paced nature and chaos of my life. I need to get back into that

Yes, Brooke! And it's never too late to change! Drawing out and utilizing a checklist and schedule help me so much! Both nutrition-wise and for other activities like exercising and meditation. You got this!
