There was a time in my life, almost a decade ago, when I struggled with severe anxiety and anger. When the panic and anxiety subsided, the anger would take over—and when the anger built up, it triggered more anxiety. I didn’t understand it at the time, but I was stuck in negative mental feedback loops. I assumed it was just part of who I was.
After meeting with a psychiatrist and being prescribed medication, I paused and asked myself: do I want to rely on this long-term, or do I want to understand and address the root cause? I chose the latter—and that decision marked the beginning of a deep, life-changing process.
I immersed myself in research—psychology, behavior, stress physiology, and habit formation—but quickly realized that knowledge alone wasn’t enough. Real change came from consistent application, experimentation, and adjustment. Over time, I began to understand how to break those feedback loops and build more efficient mental patterns. The process wasn’t quick, but it was effective. Gradually, the anxiety and anger lost their grip, replaced by a sense of control, direction, inspiration, and gratitude.
Over nearly a decade of research and real-world application, I’ve developed a system built around these principles.
